As EcTownUSA's founder, Richard Scully was traveling the country to work with Chamber customers, he noticed a real need for a cooperative working relationship between students and the business owners.  The issue had nothing to do with the level of cooperation between the schools and the chambers, it had everything to do with the absence of an infrastructure to deploy community-wide programs that would truly make a difference.

The company decided to make a large investment to create a system called StudentsBusiness.Com.  The system was designed from the ground up so entire communities are able to set up online together so they can successfully compete in the online world.  Most agree this is necessary for communities to compete online or lose commerce to others.  Student's must be ready  to work in the online world, so students who participate in this program will graduate with this real-time online knowledge of running an infrastructure for entire cities.

Since most students have gone digital, shouldn't the local fundraising programs go digital as well?   Finally a practical use of the Internet for H.S. Students.
